The Lampang Arts Center (LAC) offers a creative space for Lampang artists, students and the general public to display their art. Contemporary and traditional techniques in painting, sculpture, wood carving, among other mediums are strongly encouraged.

The Lampang Arts Center is an original Lanna style building, fully restored by the Niyom Pattamasaevi Foundation in 2006. Built with local teak and endowed with a pitched roof and carved cornices typical of Lanna-style home, the center is a historic landmark and is one of the few buildings of this era and style that have been restored to their original form.
